Terms and Conditions

If you agree on with these Terms and Conditions (T&C) it means you are confirming that you a potential Client (also ‘client’) have read, understand and accept them. Kindly read the following items.

Scope of Service

TLFE MNG Limited (also ‘TLFE MNG’, ‘We’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and’ the Company’ ) provide the following services:

1. ENGINEERING SERVICES

2. CLOUD & DEVOPS

3. BIG DATA & ANALYTICS

4. EXPERIENCE DESIGN

5. EXPERIENCE PLATFORMS

6. CYBERSECURITY

If the Client agrees on these Terms and Conditions, the Client must understand and agrees that TLFE MNG will not carry responsibility for any services (scope of work) besides the listed services in the signed contract. The clients also agree that TLFE MNG is not responsible or liable for the products developed by any other company (third party). If the client wants any additional services that not listed in the signed contract, with client we will sign an additional contract with adding services that the Client wants.

The parties Ownership

We will grant all rights to the products developed by TLFE MNG to the Client as soon as we will receive payment from the Client. About services. We hold the intellectual right to our knowledge and we will share them with the Clients after the payment.

Content of the Client

When TLFE MNG applying a product for developing, the Client warrants to TLFE MNG that:

• Content is owned by The client (including but not limited to intellectual rights) which the Client provides to TLFE MNG.
• Harassing, threatening or in any way unlawful content will be not accepting by TLFE MNG.
• The content must accordance with all legal rights, including but not limited to trademarks and copyrights.

Site Accessing

Our specialists need access to all relevant client’s website(s) in the process of creating a Web solution. The client with this T&C agrees to provide the right of entry and access to the website(s). The Client guarantees that he/she has all rights for the website(s). For any data loss or other possible damage caused during the time we have access to the website(s) TLFE MNG will not be responsible.

Terms of the Payments

The Client and TLFE MNG need to sign a contract before beginning any works. The contract must include:

The amount of payment that TLFE MNG will receive for the provided works (services) will be also include in the contract. We will make an invoice and provide it to the client for payment once the contract is signed. We will start the work after receiving the payment. If a client fails with timely payment, we have all the right to suspend our performance and to apply interest charges of up to 10% on all the invoices that are past-due.
